Most Popular Tablet Stylus: Adonit Jot Pro

If you're looking for a solid stylus that will work with any capacitive touch screen, on any phone or tablet, you have options. Last week, we asked for your favorites, then looked at the five best tablet styli. Now we're back to highlight the Lifehacker community favorite.

Most Popular Tablet Stylus: Adonit Jot Pro

The Adonit Jot Pro took the top spot by a pretty wide margin, netting over 45% of the votes cast. Its price tag, pen-like size and shape, magnetic casing, and accurate disc-style point earned praise in the nominations and voting rounds.

The battle for second place was a bit more heated though, with the Pencil by 53—a full-on drawing and art stylus with Bluetooth connectivity for the iPad specifically—pulling in second with over 19% of the vote. Right behind it was the Adobe Ink and Slide, a high-end drawing tool for professionals, with over 17% of the overall vote. Fourth place went to the microfiber/metal nib-tipped Lynktec TruGlide Pro, with over 12% of the votes, and the Musemee Notier v2, another disc-tipped stylus, brought up the rear with over 6% of the vote.

The Hive Five is based on reader nominations. As with most Hive Five posts, if your favorite was left out, it didn't get the nominations required in the call for contenders post to make the top five.
