Sample Anything (With Permission) at Trader Joe’s Before You Buy

Sample Anything (With Permission) at Trader Joe’s Before You Buy

With Trader Joe's worldly selection of food, you might be apprehensive to buy something. After all, what if you don't like it? No worries: Trader Joe's lets you try almost anything there, and not just from the sample station.

I didn't believe it at first, but sure enough I went into my local TJ's and they were overly enthusiastic. They said they'll let you try almost anything with a few exceptions like:

  • Anything you need to prepare like a cake mix or pasta
  • Items that are frozen and need to be cooked (ice cream is okay)
  • Liquor (wine is okay if you're of age)

The popular products people ask about (at least in my local TJ's) are:

  • Fruits
  • Cheese
  • Cookie Butter

I wonder how many people don't know what cookie butter tastes like?
