What's The Best Custom PC Builder?

What's The Best Custom PC Builder?

Building your own computer is one of the most fun and personal projects you can take on. We've shown you how, and offered up specific builds to get you started. But if you don't have the time or inclination, there are custom, boutique PC builders who'll put together a high-powered rig for you, for the right price. This week we want to know which ones are the best.

Most custom PC builders operate at a level above (or at least apart) from most consumer PC companies. They'll either assemble laptops for you, build you a high-powered desktop for gaming, video editing and rendering, CAD, or whatever—they may not be the cheapest, but they do offer high end components, extensive testing, support for their builds, and the attention to detail (like cable management, water cooling, and more) that can make them worth the money if you have it to spend. If you have experience with one of those boutique builders, we want to hear about it in the discussions!

Let's hear your vote in the discussions below! To cast your vote, follow these guidelines:

  1. Follow this format for your vote, including the bold print. If you don't, it won't be counted:
A LOGO OR SCREENSHOT OF THE BEST CUSTOM PC BUILDER

    Vote: [BEST CUSTOM PC BUILDER]

Why: Why is this company the one you think is the best to trust with your next high-end build? Maybe they have great customer support, or they use only the best components for their builds. Maybe you've worked with them before and have great experiences. Whatever it is, make your case! Try to keep it to a single paragraph, maybe two.

  2. Don't duplicate nominations! Instead, if someone's nominated your pick, star (recommend) it to give it a boost, and reply with your story instead.
  3. Please don't leave non-entry, direct comments on this post. They'll just get pushed down. Save your stories for others' submissions!

If you're not sure what we mean, just check out the nominations by our writers below. We'll give you a head start, and they should all be in the proper format, so you can just follow our lead.
